After being asked to make this cake a second time and with such a great response to both of them I decided to add it to our online store for Spring. When Pav meets Cake is just that. Take the best of both worlds and jam them into one thing.

THE DESIGN

4 or 6 layers of white chocolate vanilla cake, layered with white chocolate ganache and either lemon or passionfruit curd then covered in our rich and smooth Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. THEN we top the whole thing with torched meringue, seasonal fruit and fresh flowers.

Similar in style but each with its own unique touches, no two cakes are the same.
